A Year in Advance

This is where the fun really begins! Get to work on gathering as much inspiration as you can and not just from other weddings. Remember, inspiration can come from anywhere so be open-minded as you never know where or when it might strike. That said, Pinterest is always a great place to start but just be warned, it’s extremely easy to loose hours of precious planning time to!

8 - 10 Months in Advance

Now is the perfect time to pop your save the dates in the post, these can be as minimally or as creatively as you wish. From a simple postcard to a full wall calendar (yes it’s been done!) it’s important to let your guests know your date as soon as possible so they don’t go booking a holiday or making alternative plans!

6 - 8 Months in Advance

With your wedding invitations next on the list to tackle it’s time to gather together any finer details you might need, maps, local hotels and taxi details to name just a few. Do you want to send out RSVP’s or detail cards? There’s so much more to think about than you might have first realised so it’s a good idea to get this sorted ASAP.

Remember to allow at least 4-6 weeks for the design, proofing, production and assembly of a bespoke order.
