How far in advance should I send out my wedding stationery?
There is no right or wrong answer here as it depends completely on your wedding details. If you are planning to send out save the dates, these are often sent 18-12 months before the big day, however if you are just planning on sending out invitations then anything from 8-4 months before is about the right amount of time. If you are having a destination wedding you may want to send them a little sooner to ensure your guests can plan accordingly.

When should we order our stationery, how long does the bespoke process take?
Producing your bespoke stationery usually takes around 4-6 weeks. This can vary depending on how long it takes get to final sign off on your artwork for print and how quickly you can respond to emails. We will only print your stationery once you are happy with the final design and we have your sign off. Once we have received payment we aim to dispatch your order within two weeks, this can vary depending on your design and the time of year but we will keep you fully updated throughout the process.

Can I order a sample?
Yes of course; you can order a sample pack by clicking here. Our sample pack costs £7.50* and includes a range of stationery examples, showcasing the various printing processes we offer. *Please note the cost of the sample pack will be fully refunded if you choose to place an order with us.

I’ve seen a design I like on your website, can I order that?
At the moment all our designs are bespoke and tailored to each couple. Therefore we will work closely with you to create something that is unique to you, taking inspiration from the design you like, along with your wedding colours, theme and style for the day.

We are working behind the scenes on a range of customisable house designs. These will be personalised to suit your individual wedding day style with a choice of colour, paper, envelopes and pretty finishing touches. Check back soon to see the full range.

We’re not 100% sure on our final numbers yet, how many invitations should we order?
Remember that you do not need invitations for every guest as most will be couples or families. Order your best guess to start with and we can always adjust numbers when we are ready to go to print and your final payment is due. It's best to make sure you have a couple of extras in case they go missing in the post or you want to invite anyone else later down the line, we can print more however there will be an additional set up cost due to the nature of hand printing therefore it's best to order a few more first time round.

Can we make changes to our design?
Yes. You will receive an electronic proof of your initial designs once they are ready. At that stage you may suggest alterations and we will work on your ideas until you are 100% happy with it. Three rounds of amendments are included in the price. Any additional proofs required are charged at an hourly rate.

Can you pre-print my guests’ names on the invitations?
Yes. We charge 25p per guest name, just send over an excel spreadsheet with your guest names and we'll send you a proof for approval before printing.

How long will it take for my stationery to arrive?
Once you have approved the design and we have received your final payment we will begin printing and ship your final design to you. We aim to deliver within 2 weeks of receipt of payment.

How do I make a payment?
Once you have agreed your bespoke quotation, we will send over an invoice, payable by BACS transfer. The design process will only commence once payment has been received and we have received your stationery wording and details.

Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order on our price list is 30. If you'd like to order less than 30 please get in touch for a bespoke quotation.

Can I cancel my order?
In some cases orders unfortunately have to be cancelled. Please bear in mind that your 50% deposit payment is non-refundable if any design work has commenced. If your design has been signed off and gone to print then the order cannot be cancelled.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of bespoke, personalised stationery, we cannot accept returns.

We’ve noticed a mistake on our stationery
If this happens then please get in touch with us a soon as possible for alterations to be made. The responsibility for checking proofs lies with the client so any incurred reprint costs will fall to you.

Can you also design my on-the-day stationery?
If you wish to continue your theme with bespoke on-the-day stationery we also design and print this from table plans to name cards, menus to orders of service. And don't forget those all-important Thank you cards. We will let you know during the design stage timescales for ordering your on-the-day stationery.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Postage and packaging are charged at a flat rate of £15.00 for stationery orders. We use Royal Mail special delivery, or a next day courier service and will provide you with tracking information once your stationery has been sent.
